IBOX participates in the project e-RD together with the entities VITECO (Italy), MAN (Turkey) and Istanbul University (Turkey) with the aim of training engineers in R&D. The idea of ​​the project comes from the observation by the University in which engineers in the industry do not have a specific training in Innovation or R&D. This education is usually taught at postgraduate or even doctoral levels.

A survey was designed during these firsts months of work,  which involved 201 people in Spain, in order to know the degree of knowledge in Innovation or R&D activities. The survey in all countries will lead us to design a specific Curriculum for engineers in that field. The results of the survey are available here.
