I-BOX CREATE PARTICIPATES IN THE CRAYON´S

Within the Erasmus + Program, I-BOX is participating in the project “CReativity in Action to promote YOung eNtrepreneurShip, CRAYON’s”, led by Florida Universitaria in what also refers to other European partners.

The main objective of the project is to develop a training material with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship among young students. The training material will integrate new methodologies: Motivation 3.0, a recent theory is currently used in the United States, whose purpose is the generation of entrepreneurial behavior fueled by intrinsic needs (only depends on three different engines: autonomy, mastery and purpose); creativity (gamification and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®); the innovation; entrepreneurship and social responsibility. It is anticipated that the selection will be available for the national and international level test as an intensive study program that offers students the opportunity of virtual tutoring of the generated business ideas.

Project partners believe that Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) do not currently have the skills and competencies demanded by the labor market, and that it is necessary for students to acquire these skills and competences through international experiences. According to various EU publications, entrepreneurship, creativity and social responsibility are essential in today’s world and therefore should be promoted.

CRAYON training course is directed by FLORIDA and counts on the contribution of the rest of the collaborators who contribute their unique experience. The model of cooperation of the social economy that conducts the training course will positively influence development, making sure that it is integrated how entrepreneurship can have a positive impact on society.

On October 28th and 29th, the start of the project meeting was held in the facilities of the University of Florida in Catarraja and in Valencia. LAB with the assistance of representatives of all participating partners.
