CRAYONs ERASMUS+ Project, pilot training week in Romania

From 6 to 10 March, the pilot course of the ERASMUS + project “CRAYONs” took place in Piatra-Neamt where IBox participates as a partner. The project, with a total funding of € 197,606, is made up of 6 partners from 5 countries, focusing at students of Higher Education, recent graduates, as well as teachers who teach modules on entrepreneurship.

For 5 days, 7 students from Florida University (Spain) and 7 from the University of Thessaly (Greece) worked with the BrickMe methodology – including Business Model You – to develop innovative business ideas. CRAYONs also bases its methodology on  iscovering motivations, personal resources, and the creation of multidisciplinary work teams. All this goes to develop the idea of business using the Canvas model.

Some pictures from the working week:

IBOX (Spain) provided the training in Motivation 3.0. Florida Universitaria (Spain) began training on teamwork

The students created teams according to different abilities. PRIME (Holland) was the facilitator of all initial development. The marshmallow challenge identifies necessary capabilities of teams to achieve a goal. The creation of teams is fundamental, as for the creation and development of a company.

Using LEGO® Serious® Play® methodology to develop the Business Model.

Finalizing with the entrepreneur ethics training (Univ. Of Thessaly, Greece) and internationalization needs (CICIA, Romania), the students made a pitch-contest to choose the best proposal. In the end, they all won.
